Sam Bell is turning 21 this week and we’re throwing a gig to celebrate. From now on he’ll actually be able to drink when we’re in America!!!

So come on down to De Bees this Thursday (May 3rd) to join in the celebrations and watch The Targets attempt to play whilst blind drunk… With support from two fantastic bands, Mortiboyz & Deadbeat Echoes.

World Radio Premiere TONIGHT!

We’ve just had confirmation that the WORLD RADIO PREMIERE of Matter Of Time will be tonight on BBC Introducing from Stoke with Rob Adcock between 7 and 9pm! You can listen to it by clicking here or by tuning in to 94.6MHz, 104.1MHz or on DAB.

Its just a Matter Of Time

So… the time has come for the big reveal!

The Targets have spent the last few months in the studio with producer extraordinaire, Sam Williams, who was not only integral to Supergrass’s career, but also helped launch, Noisettes, Plan B and People in Planes to name just a few of the acts.

The tracks from that session will hopefully evolve into the bands debut album, but its a long long road to success and its by no means guaranteed! So as a treat to all our fans we’ve decided to leak one of the tracks along with a bit of a music video too.

The track will not be available to buy for quite some time, if ever at all, so you’re gonna have to get your asses over to youtube if you want to hear it.

The Targets have been hard at work behind the scenes since we landed back in the UK after our North American tour in October and we’re just about ready to break the silence that has surrounded our camp… In the meantime we’d like to announce that we’re GOING ON TOUR!

The band will be joined on stage at this “Brit Rock” themed night by Plastic Youth and Ravens In Paris.
